She started her career as a child artist from TV shows Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna and make her first film debut with Telugu film Majili in 2009. Ananya worked in many television shows, series and commercials for Clinic Plus, Act II Popcorn, Whirlpool etc. She played role ”Rano Pradeep Singh” in Kya Huaa Tera Vaada.
