At the age of 13 years, she started her career as an actress with a Marathi theatre. Wagh did her first television show on Zee Marathi ” Adhuri Ek Kahani “ in which she played a role of Arpita. She played the lead role in Marathi serial ” Kaata Rute Kunala ” which made her much famous. Wagh was also praised when she did the role Jyoti Kabir Sisodia in Jyoti on 2009. As a contestan t, Wagh appeared in Marathi reality shows Dhilkichya Talavar (2011-2012) and Bigg Boss Marathi 3 (2021).
