Harnaaz Sandhu started her career in her teenage from modeling and also entered in pageantry . She wins the title of Miss Chandigarh in 2017 and in 2018 she won the title of Miss Max Emerging Star India . Sandhu wins the title of Femina Miss India Punjab in 2019 and entered in Femina Miss India and stand in Top 12 , and finally reached to Miss World .

In 2021 , she participated in Miss Diva 2021 and listed in Top 20 finalist . During the Miss Diva competition she won many titles like Miss Beach Body , Miss Talented , Miss Beautiful Smile , Miss Beautiful Skin and Miss Photogenic . After sucedding so many round she become the finalist and won the title of Miss Diva 2021 and entered in Miss Universe 2021 .

On 13 December 2021 , she won the title of Miss Universe 2021 . The show was held in Eliat , Israel and hosted by Steve Harvey . She is the third Indian who was crowned as Miss Universe after Sushmita Sen in 1994 and Lara Dutta in 2000 .
